The Guru meal planner is a 31-day digital meal planner. Available for you to download. It is a (5) five-week planner with up to 31 days of breakfast, lunch, and dinner plans. Space for you to write grocery lists, notes & scribbles. The first (1st) day of the meal plan starts on a Monday, not defined by calendar days. Full 31-day meal plan for each day breakfast, lunch, and dinner. After Thirty-one (31) days there are three (3) days marked on the meal planner as "cheat" days. Then it is recommended that you start your meal plan again for the next 31 days.

Print out or use digitally from a phone or computer. The guru meal planner has options for keto diets; you can add your protein to the meals provided. For keto meals, add eggs for breakfast, and for lunch and dinner, add either salmon, lamb, or turkey for protein to your meal plan. Of course, if you are vegan, you will omit any meat add-ons to the guru meal planner meals.
